-Our 2020 Vintage-
Our 2020 Shiraz is concentrated, aromatic and possesses a beautiful bouquet of fruit forwardness to welcome you in. It’s an immensely flavourful and elegant wine with intense colour, aromas of plum, cherry and spice with some real understated power in the background. Tantalisingly supple and ready to drink now, with your favourite meat dishes or cheese platter. However, for those willing to squirrel some bottles aside, patience will be rewarded in years to come with increased complexity.
-Our 2019 Vintage-
Our 2019 Shiraz is beginning to reveal itself after some 6 months reflection in the bottle. It has a bright ruby red colour, aromas of raspberry, licorice, crunchy plum, a leathery note, along with a hint of fine, French oak. It’s an elegant wine with an obvious acid structure that will cut through beautifully with foods you choose to pair it with. Try an Antipasto, simple spaghetti pomodoro or a grass fed rib eye.
Like other premium wines, we recommend you open our Shiraz an hour or so prior to enjoyment to release the love and evolution.
