Our 2019 Shiraz

The strength of this Shiraz is in Heathcote’s strength:  Vivid, intense fruit concentration allowing Shiraz to become the varietal it was always intended to be.  

If you have a well- produced wine with good aromas and no defects, you have nothing to hide but rather something to show.

Our 2019 Shiraz has a bright ruby red colour with aromas of raspberry, licorice and crunchy plum along with a hint of fine, French oak.  Antipasto, simple spaghetti or a grass fed rib eye, take your pick my friends!  ‘Cent’ anni – a hundred years to you!
